It's always good to learn something new when reading people's posts, and this post is a good example. I hadn't heard of unit bias before, but it makes perfect sense, and I certainly display this behaviour myself in many areas of my life.

I must admit I didn't know about Unit Bias before I started in crypto and because of unit bias I bought cheap coins for pennies instead of good coins for dollars. The cheap coin projects have withered an died, while Bitcoin and Ether survive. I learned the hard way that when Bitcoin doubles , it doesn't matter whether I own one bitcoin or 1/10th Bitcoin, I doubled my investment. Life is continual teacher.
All wise words, similar story, when I started in 2018, I bought Bitcoin and Ethereum but only as a vehicle to invest in other newer coins that promised the moon and stars. I was lucky one of those was Chainlink which offset all the losses on shitcoins. Life indeed is the best teacher 👌
It is interesting how many of us have similar experiences in this space, which really is a exciting but dangerous investment environment, where their are no rules.
