Saturday Savers Club is for anyone who wants to save in any currency for any purpose. The Club is a supportive group of people who meet up around the weekly post, usually on a Saturday but occasionally on a Sunday, to share tips and techniques and have some fun in the process.

Saving is a skill that takes time and practice to acquire and, like learning any skill, doesn't always go the way you planned. Saturday Savers Club provides a framework that you can use to help you on your way, as well as tips and a process to provide or support the skills you need to design and manage your own savings plan.

To be considered for the saver of the week initiative:

  • Get registered on the Savers Chart (see below),
  • Create a weekly savings post with great insightful content on saving, investment and growth,
  • Use the #saturdaysavers tag (please note the s on the end - it has been missed out by some before),
  • Put a link to your post in the comments of the weekly Saturday Savers Club post.

Your post can be made at any time of the week. Those posted before 12noon UTC on a Thursday will be considered for the current week's post, those after, will fall into the next week.

Decide your primary savings goal - what you want to achieve by 31 December 2024 - and leave it in a comment on the Saturday Savers Club post. Your goal will be added to the Savers Chart in the following week's Saturday Savers Club post.

While not the SME (subject matter expert), I see this in the post:

Yes, that information is right, I am Argentinian and the new president does not carry forward my political ideology, but I have always respected this in the past as well.

I see the people very divided and that hurts me more than the new president. Besides, we are a country with many creative people in images and memes, the only thing they can't steal from us is the smile, but we are already suffering the economic changes.

I hope that at least this year will not be much more tragic, but what is coming is not encouraging.
