Setting Up A Fitness Routing To Deal With The Downside Of Working At Home
It has been over 2 years since I've done any physical work, I've been putting in hours at my laptop at my dining room table ever since I started working online. And I think I am beginning to receive the drawback of working at home. I am feeling very lazy these days and also putting in some weight which is not very good for my health.
Working at home has some great benefits and drawbacks and I think I am now receiving the latter. I am the kind of person who loves physical activities, but ever since I made the decision to go full-time blogging I haven't done much physical activity at all and this is taking a toll on my health. I put in hours each day sitting in front of my computer or sitting on a sofa with my legs prom on a table while working on my phone. I live a very sedentary life and that has now resulted in me putting on some weight.
And my thighs and butt are also beginning to look a little fat which I don't like. My clothes, however, don't fit quite the same as they used to. I don't have much to complain about though, because I love the work I am doing and there's been a lot of success to show for it. However, I must not neglect to keep myself fit and healthy because I have noticed that I am not as sound as I used to be. In my mind, I'm still the sharp and fit guy I used to be, but in the mirror, I see a not-so-hot adult now. I was never this fat a few months ago, and I am getting very worried now because I don't want to turn into a fat lazy couch potato.
When I was out doing physical work, I was in shape and very fit. I was riding a bike to work daily and also help in the conveyance of goods and equipment at the shop. This helps to keep my body in shape and energetic. But, now I hardly leave my house except to go to church services or shopping. And this also involves riding in a car adding to the whole problem. I think that I have to take steps to maintain my health and improve my fitness level because if I don't, I'll become a different person who is either very lazy or too fat and inactive.
I have shared my concern with some friends, and all the responses I got seem to go the same direction, which is to begin a regular exercise routine at home, but this is a very big challenge to me because of our regular family activities that would crash any exercise routine. I like to say that we are an active family, but this is only to the extent that one of our activities always takes precedence. Activities such as waking up early in the morning for family devotionals and prayers, and also prayers before going to bed at night mean that my schedule is already very full.
Nevertheless, I got an idea of how to deal with the situation after getting useful suggestions from a close friend earlier today, who said he walked a 5 KM distance without taking any breaks daily. This is truly remarkable and I think I can attempt to copy his plan.
To start with it, I have decided not to ride my car for 1 week when going shopping. This means I have to walk to the local grocery store and back, which should be no big deal because the local grocery is only about 2 KM away from my home and is a distance that I have been doing with my car since I moved to this area.
I started this walkout today in the afternoon when I went to get some new clothes at the supermarket. Though I feel some pains in my body from walking such a distance and back, I think it would be okay to continue with the plan I have in mind, and I will definitely lose some weight and gain back my fitness.
I don't have any other way to set up a walkout routine other than this. Any plan to have an early morning exercise routine at home would crash my family's precedence. So, I have to rely on walking to my local grocery stores even though I don't shop every day. As I said, the distance from my house to the grocery store is only 2 KM. So, I will have to do some walking there and back. This means I am going to be doing most of the family shopping myself from now on.
The main thing is that I have to improve my fitness by any possible means and look as fit and healthy as I used to look. By no means should I be looking like a fat and lazy couch potato. I don't think that a man approaching his 40s should be fat and unfit. No way!
If you have any better suggestions that could fit into my schedule then please share them with me and help me to achieve my goal.

Nice man, try small improvements each day. Like 10-20 situps when you get out of bed in the morning and then a few pushups here and there.

Im saying you need to include actual crypto content in your writing in order to post on our front end, otherwise you arent going to earn anything.
