Hello everyone , I hope you’re having a great day . How is your morning going ? Here , on our side of the screen , the weather is quite cool with a temperature of 12°C . It’s a bit cold , but quite bearable . We sincerely hope that it’s a bit warmer where you are . We’re eagerly waiting for the temperature to rise a bit to reach 18 or 19°C . And if it could happen without rain, that would be even better, wouldn’t it ? A little laugh to brighten up the day .
This morning, we’ve made good progress again . We’ve put some ALIVE back into stacking , which allowed us to add 110 more in power . We tirelessly continue to try to reach our personal goal of 20k , just to block them and thus be able to make better curation with the #fr tag ( provided of course that the conditions of the tag are respected ) .
With these latest additions , our total stacking now stands at 15,527.0462 . That’s a nice progression , isn’t it ? We’re delighted to share this news with you and we hope you share our enthusiasm . Thank you for joining us on this adventure . Have a great day everyone !

An observational study, recently published in Diabetes Care, showed that obese people who mostly (>50%) did moderate to vigorous physical activities between 6 pm - 12 pm, had more positive outcomes, than the morning ( 6 am-12 pm) and afternoon (12 pm - 6 pm) groups. The positive outcome comprised the lowest risk of mortality, cardiovascular diseases, and microvascular diseases (retinopathy, neuropathy & nephropathy).
