Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge - Aimless

Hey there, fellow splinterland friends! It's great to see you all and read your awesome posts, I hope you're doing well and feeling awesome!
This week's battles secret mage Ruleset challenge is Aim less unlike last week's ruleset or aim true which does the complete opposite.
Aimless gives all units in your rank the scatter shot ability which basically translates to the ability of your monsters to target camouflaged or hidden monsters in your opponents ranks.

LINE-UP

The scatter shot ruleset meant there was no good position to hide a weak card that has good attacking power, so for this rule like the aimless I expected my opponent to go with a ranged attack.
This guy read my mind :) and went ahead to form a very similar earth line up. We had a very similar lineup as a matter of fact but he bested me due to miscalculattions cause I was expecting he used ranged or melee monsters. In my line up I had 2 monster with the thorn ability Lioceros

Which has the thorn ability, any monster that deals him a melee attack will have -2 hp damage dealt to his health, and in my second position I had Venari Knifer a monster very similar to Lioceros. My strategy banked on my opponent using a melee attack or at most a ranged attack.

My line up with my opponents looked very similar but his positioning was what won the game

The round 1 ended Terribly for me, we both lost a couple of cards but I was more disadvantaged, where the game was lost for me and won for him was in the positioning !

From here you can see I am clearly loosing, I didn't loose to strategy I lost cause I gambled hoping my opponent will use melee attack.

Best to rely on strategy because taking chances will not work properly here!

CONCLUSION

This is what makes splinterland amazing one misstep in your strategy, one bad turn or one mis position and the game is pretty much over, I believe my lineup was good just not well placed but that's the game you win some and loose some,Drop your suggestions on how I could have made my strategy better in the comment section.. thank you guys.
