What is LOLZ Defi?

LOLZ Defi is a way to earn passive income on the Hive Blockchain and includes three components.

  • LOLZ Curation
  • LOLZ Farming
  • LOLZ Dividends

Each component works together to provide value to LOLZ users, delegators, and holders. Learn more about how LOLZ Defi works in our Introduction to LOLZ Defi post.

LOLZ Farming Basics

Farm LOLZ tokens by delegating Hive tokens to the LOLZ Curation bots (click here to delegate HIVE). We are rewarding delegators with LOLZ tokens equal to 110% of the value of the curation rewards received from their delegation.

To start farming LOLZ, delegate the following tokens to the associated curation bot.

LOLZ Farming has been suspended for the following tokens, please undelegate these tokens as soon as possible as they will not earn you farming rewards as of 3/24/24:

  • BEATCZ, BRK, DUNK, HH, PEPE, and PHOTO

Curation Earnings

The following table summarizes the LOLZ Curation earnings for the last 24 hours. The APR shown is calculated by dividing the daily earnings by the amount of tokens staked and delegated multiplied by 365 days. The APR for each token changes daily based on the earnings achieved. Note the APRs shown DO NOT include the 10% bonus paid to LOLZ farmers.

Are all these people getting blown up by this off the rails bot or just me and you? Why are all of you instigating the thing if it's not working?

Many people have reported the issue in LOLZ Discord channel. However I think he may be out of the Country with no internet access. That happened before some time ago.

The scripts have probably failed because of issues with Hive Engine nodes & API pulls recently.

I doubt this is a simple fix, and may need time & RC recovery to correct all the complex voting bots.

I'm not an official member of the LOLZ Team, just a supporter ...

Last time they were very apologetic, and did eventually fix the problem.

At the moment it's affecting hundreds of users (not just you) but the bots will run out of RC credits at some point. And then stop hopefully 🤞

I've been trying on Discord. That's the only method I have off of Hive for contact.

I've removed the @memehive HP delegation from @meme.bot. If @captaincryptic returns and fixes the bot I'll redelegate the HP. Other than that I have no other influence over @meme.bot.

As many times as I've seen that @captaincryptic handle the past week(s) and received zero response I'm convinced it's only a handle.

I deleted and dismissed communities and tags and blacklisted #lolz and everything else. No luck.

Thanks for reaching out. Interestingly enough, everyone except @captaincryptic is willing to help.
