My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2024

Hey Actifitters,

The sunny weather was partly back yesterday. And with it the deer in our yard. These two were chilling for a while. At least until Kaia started barking at them through the window!

Once they left, we could check out the foliage colors progression. This side was the most vibrant just a few days ago, but now most of the leaves are on the ground.

On the other side, including the neighbor's yard, they seem to resist a little better.

Behind the house across the street, it's quite different. Some colors are there, but it's nothing compared to last year when all these trees colors were changing at the same time.

When we started our daily walk behind the front yard, we also found some oddities. This tree for example is in various stages of foliage colors: some green and yellow at the bottom, fully changed orange/red in the middle and green again at the top!

As the first colors of the sunset started to show on the clouds, we headed to the bigger forest.

Even when she seems to have a little pain in her back legs, or in this area, Kaia always has so much fun running off-leash in the forest.

No comet visible in the evening sky, but it was beautiful nonetheless.

As usual, we cut back through the forest to get us on the way home.

Just as we finished our walk, we had a great view on the Moon. Two more days before it's officially full, but it's pretty close already.

For a minute after our walk, I thought about a run, but I got lazy again and postpone it to the next day again. I already had more than enough steps to pass the bar in #poprzeczka competition anyways.
