My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2024

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday morning was quite busy with my annual health physical and eye exam in particular (by the way, in great health according to both doctors...). I used the opportunity to run several other errands. Getting up early wasn't fun, but at least I already had a decent step count by mid-day. Then in the afternoon, we saw a little bit of blue sky.

Again, let's check with Le Chat what she wants to do with that information. Couldn't be any clearer! But if you look closely, can you see she has one eye partially open? She's always aware of her surroundings!

Anyways, we went to the small forest behind the front yard with Kaia.

I had a late afternoon meeting, so we didn't have time to go to the other forest, but this one is a great playground for Kaia.

She really enjoys it!

Like I said many times, it's a small forest, but we went till its end, and that's a fun walk, among the trees with no trail.

And more fun for Kaia!

I was planning another forest walk at night after my meeting, but I got lazy and skipped it. My step count wasn't so bad anyways. I also don't think I needed a high step count for any of the extra Actifit competitions.
