My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was very busy, trying to finish many things before leaving for our weekend ski getaway. One of these things was the anti parasite stuff for Kaia and Le Chat. For Le Chat, it needs to be applied just behind the head. Catching Le Chat first was fun... She wasn't happy with me after...

I also wasted a couple hours at the garage where they among other things mounted the winter tires. I arrived at home with 2 flats... oh well, let's not take my car then.
There wasn't any time for a real walk, but Kaia needed a quick round in the forest before I dropped her at the boarding place. So we very quickly went to the small forest behind the front yard.

Kaia somehow knew she shouldn't waste any time and went exploring right away.

A quick jumping session and that was it.

When we left, it's like Le Chat knew, she found her place on the dog bed on the deck and barely looked at us. She may have to fight the raccoons for the next 2 days!

And finally we were on our way up North Michigan. The drive was fine until the last hour, snow storm and some very strong wind gusts. The visibility was pretty much zero. With my car I would have been more comfortable but driving somebody else car is always a bit more worrying. But we finally made it to Boyne City where we'll stay for the week end.
