My Actifit Report Card: April 18 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was unusually warm, summer like temperatures. And of course it reminded me I hate summer! To make things worse, it was all grey and gloomy. We fought the urge to stay in and went for our long walk late afternoon.

Kaia was looking for Le Chat behind the front yard.

But all she found was deer to chase!

We of course went to the forest next.

Many more deer for Kaia to chase.

As often, we walked the trails until it got dark.

With the heat and so much deer chasing, Kaia needed some rest, and sat down a few times.

But I asked her one last effort with a couple more miles in the neighborhood. It's still very quiet but we saw a few people taking evening stroll, and bbq season is clearly starting (one of the few summer silver linings).

Well, not the most exciting day again, but the step count stays pretty good, we've been quite consistent these days.
