My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Once again yesterday, we tried to spend as much time as possible outside. Kaia and Le Chat will rarely complain about that.

Le Chat also spent time bathing thoroughly, in between two naps in the sun.

As much as we enjoy chilling in the yard, we of course needed a little more activity and went for our long walk. Kaia led us directly to our first usual stop behind the front yard.

Apparently she wanted to check out the small forest.

But Le Chat stayed behind at first.

No problem, Kaia can have fun just with the various obstacles.

But the sisters finally reunited. Look at that happy Le Chat's face...

After a while, we headed to the bigger forest with Kaia. We met many locals on the way but only this one was kind enough to pose for us. Since Kaia was on-leash, she didn't even try chasing it.

Like I mentioned, it's still getting drier in the forest.

Even if still muddy, most of the trails are now easy to walk.

Of course, Kaia was on the hunt most of the time.

But in spite of all her efforts, she didn't find many critters to chase.

Until the end that is, because just as we were leaving the forest, we found this lone deer.

And that was pretty much it for the day's activities. Good step count, including lots of pacing while on the phone. Bonus for the day: my favorite French Ligue 1 soccer team Saint Etienne won the derby against Lyon!
