Bybit & FUD

There I was having a very pleasant day because I had completed most of the things I wanted to do for the day. I covered some distance because I wanted gain some hexes on my 375ai task. While doing that, I got a message from Twitter saying Bybit has been hacked. I thought it was FUD, so I didn’t panic, few seconds later I started getting more notifications about the hack, now I am concerned and I need to move my funds from Bybit to any where.

$1.5 Billion was hacked off Bybit wallet, Bybit was already fighting in the top crypto exchange spot, this hack will bring them few spots down as this hack will create Fear, uncertainty and Doubts $1.5 Billion is a lot of money. The chances of catching this hacker is very high, but who wants to risk their funds being in a hacked exchange. Bybit has really done its best, aside Binance, Bybit is my best, but this hack will not make me trust Bybit again. No we are left to rely on MEXC.

I withdrew my funds from Bybit, although it took almost 2 hours to get my money in my wallet, but I am glad I did. I will probably order for a cold wallet tonight, no exchange is beyond hacking, all it takes is one mistake and it’s all over
