Degen Trading Are Risky Trades

Do you know what is called Degen trading? It’s the act of trading tokens without any research, you are going in blindly, usually this is usually associated with memecoin trading. Memecoin trading is when you trade a memecoin that has no utility, its only utility is literally to be pumped and dumped. Social media crypto influencers have glorified memecoin trading making it look like memecoin is great. Memecoin trading is a huge gamble, it’s like taking your money to a casino to go blow it. Although if you want to make yourself feel better, try and remember that the risk to reward ratio is small. Forgetting that if you keep trading every memecoin you see on Dexscreener, you will lose all your money and the more you trade and lose, the more you don’t want to give up because you have invested a lot.

Degen trading is assumed to be for skill traders but I say and think otherwise. It’s a gamble, anyone can make money from it, anyone can also lose money from it. I have Degen traded and I will say that most times about 80% - 90% of the time, the token usually goes to 0. There is no substance to the token except the excitement of the token getting pumped and dumped by lots of traders. If you Degen trade and make some profit, take your profit and move on, don’t get mad at yourself for selling too early should incase it pumps.

It’s always advisable to go for coins with utility and invest with money you can afford to lose not urgent money, because no one can predict the market, stay safe and trade safely.
