Do You Still Love Crypto?
Ironically, we all thought that this year would be the year we have been waiting for, we thought the bull moment was finally going to come this year. I thought I was positioned for this year’s bull run, I thought I was ready, so I was relaxed, I had finished investing all my coins, so it’s time to watch my investment grow. Well the crypto market had something else in mind, which is dumping more than we expected. The crypto market is not the only market dumping currently, the stock market is dumping 5X more than the crypto market, seems like 2024 is a not great year for investment.
This is where I wish I invested more in stable coins than I did in altcoins, it’s easier for me to say this now because of the current situation of all my investments, if the reverse was the case I would be saying the opposite. This is not the first time we have cried about the crypto market and how down it is, but lately it’s been looking like we have been going through more dips than pump, the only coins that experience sustainable pumps are Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. The rest only follow the downside movement of bitcoin but rarely follow the up movement.
I don’t know how to feel, but I am grateful for the opportunity to be in the crypto space, because, even though my crypto portfolio is down, my lifestyle isn’t down, I have been able to maintain my lifestyle comfortably without any problems, but still hope the crypto market can give us a huge bull market for we the patient ones that have been consistently waiting and investing our time and money.
The crypto space is a definition of a rollercoaster, although it seems that we've been more into a free fall than uptrend these past few weeks and months. Hopefully, it'll get better sooner than later :)
