Opportunity Comes But Once They Said

Do you believe that in your entire life of goal searching and achieving your goals you only have one chance to that opportunity? Lots of people live their whole lives limiting their selves to this phrase, while growing up I believed that too, I always found myself beating myself up too much because I missed an opportunity to. Growing up my only goal is to become the first position in class in terms of grade, this means that I have to be active in all academic subjects, I have to always be steps ahead everybody in my grades and make sure they don’t have a higher grade than me. While growing up, I went on with the same mentality, thinking that in life we only have one chance at getting a life changing opportunity.

For the past 3 years since I started focusing on crypto full time, I have been trying to make over $100k, so that I can be proud of myself but I haven’t, there was a time I used to think that I lost my initial chance of achieving that 5 years ago. 5 years ago I had over 20 ETH I bought when they were very cheap. I sold them to invest in something so I can make some profit, reinvest it and move on, sadly the money never came back. But I kept asking and regretting what my life would have been like if I never sold it, if I locked it up in a fixed vault or staked it. I would be over $50k richer by now, I thought of so many things I could have done with 20 ETH, especially in times like this where we have lots of ETH staking platforms for airdrops.

While thinking about that, I thought of how much I am limiting my chances, such thoughts are wrong and not healthy, because we can’t just have only one chance for an opportunity. They are numerous chances, the fact you failed today doesn’t mean your life is over and you won’t ever get that chance any more. Most successful people back stories have a lot of moments where they failed but they never gave up. So in my opinion, the moment you quit is the time you lose your chances of opportunities.
