SEC is not giving crypto an easy fight, they are making it really hard for crypto and the community with the law suit they have been dishing out. Ripple was given a law suit because they claimed ripple offered XRP as a security to their investors, fortunately for ripple lab, they won the law suit. Other crypto bodies and companies have been dished a law suit, kraken was slapped with a law suit, Binance was slapped with a law suit and CZ pleaded guilty to anti money laundering crime and was asked to pay $4.3 Billion fine. We all know that SEC has been after Binance for the longest, Binance is one of the biggest exchanges in the game, CZ is one of the richest and most influential people in the crypto industry. If SEC is trying to deal with CZ like this, imagine how they would have treated Satoshi Nakamuto.

Satoshi Nakamuto made the biggest smart decision by staying anonymous, it’s like he/she saw the future and already knew what the government would have done if they knew its identity. Bitcoin came and change the future of finance, it changed the financial technology game and now everyone is looking like they are ditching fiat and focusing on crypto, the government would have slammed Satoshi Nakamuto with a lot of criminal charges because they love putting blames on people. They would have made Satoshi regret creating bitcoin or showing its identity.

Now CZ is found guilty and we don’t know other deals that were done behind the scenes, do you think the authorities are ready to let him go any time soon, aside stepping down as the CEO of Binance, he also gets to spend 18 months in prison. I don’t know if CZ is guilty or not, but if Satoshi Nakamuto’s identity was known, he would have been facing more criminal charges than CZ and SBF, Satoshi Nakamuto is the father of crypto, gave the world the opportunity to grab their financial freedom. Think of what the government must have plotted against him if they ever uncover who the identity behind Satoshi Nakamuto.

If Satoshi was a person and not anonymous they would have arrested him on some sort of trumped up charge. Every time someone creates and alternative to the the US dollar, they end up with serious legal issues. Liberty Dollars were a perfect example. With a little research Satoshi probably figured out staying anonymous was his safest bet. I hope some day the real Satoshi comes forward, it would be nice to put a face to the technology.
