The Pyramid Perspective Mindset

Setting a goal and working towards it is one of the hardest to do in life. As a human who has a goal, there are lots of obstacles that are bound to happen overtime, even being here on Hive will teach you a lot. When you decide to work on your goals it will take a lot of boldness and courage to work it, when you start, trust me it will be crowded with a lot of people like you on the same level. Lots of newbies, lots of starter, the crowd will be a lot for you, just like going for a job interview or an audition. When you go to a job interview or an audition, you usually see that the crowd is usually much when you get there right? When you finally get the job, you realise that over time as you progress in your work place, the crowd reduces especially when you are applying for higher positions.

sourceLook at life and the goal trajectory as a pyramid, or look at it from the pyramid perspective. The pyramid has a structure that the structural size reduces as the height increases, making the bottom size structurally large compared to the structural size of the top. This has everything to do with experience and the ability to be consistent and not give up. When you are on a road block stage of your goal, remember that point is the point to filter the crowd, some people give up at certain road blocks when they can’t keep going, making the crowd lesser. The ones who can persist and push further, when they succeed, they will notice how the crowd had drastically reduced as they got to new higher height.

When I joined Hive, the blogging space especially the Leofinance community was flooded with a lot of authors, it was a bull market so rewards were juicy and easy to come by. But as the crypto market got harder all thanks to the bear market, lots of people stopped blogging because the rewards were not coming as before. If you have been on the Hive space for more than one year, you will see how lots of hive bloggers have reduced over time as the bear market approached. The crowd reduced and that means that the competition reduced, if you were looking forward to get noticed by people, this is the time to engage throw yourself out there. The harder the journey the harder the reward, the fewer people it will take to get to the top. So try to be among the ones who get the bigger reward at the end.
