Who would have imagined?

  • The Bitcoin 2024 Nashville Conference will feature the Republican Nominee for President Donald Trump, The Independent Party Candidate for President Robert Kennedy, Jr, the President of El Salvador; Nayib Bukele, Pro-cryptocurrency US Senator Lummis, former Republican Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Edward Snowden, and billionaire Peter Thiel.
  • I am astounded that a Bitcoin conference would be attended to by such high powered political figures. It suggests we have come a long way in terms of Bitcoins acceptence and importance on the world stage. While it is amazing that the President of a soverign nation, which made Bitcoin Legal Tender in his country will be there, it is also amazing that the next president of United States might be there also.
  • Who would have imagined that this could happen last year when we were mired in a terrible bear market and all the bad press fallout of the Terra Luna Debacle, and all the terrible crypto project failures which followed, all leading up to Sam Bankman-Fried being exposed as a huge criminal.

I just noticed that RObinhood will launch Lightning Network??
I wonder what that will look like?
They could run their own lightning node and make the bitcoin transactions fast and free!

Robinhood has over 4 million customers, who could potentially buy and transact Bitcoin on lightning network in microscopic amounts, for microscopic fees and at lightning like speed.
