Mom's new calf

Hello friends. I haven't posted in the pet community in a long time. We have been raising cows and chickens for years. My mother has been close to animals since her childhood. She has great sympathy for them. Although animals attract our attention spiritually, they also contribute to us financially.

Due to the cow's milk yield and inability to become pregnant, we sell the old cow and buy a new cow every 4-5 years. We care that the new cow we purchase is young and has high milk yield. Our current cow's milk yield was good, but she had not been able to conceive for two years. We tried many methods to help her conceive. Unfortunately, artificial insemination and normal mating did not work. There are those who think that artificial insemination prevents the animal from becoming pregnant in later years. Everything natural in life is healthier. As a last resort, we should try unnatural methods. The milk yield of a cow that cannot conceive begins to decrease gradually. Since she does not give birth to a new calf, we begin to have a problem in the income-expense balance. That being the case, we bought a cow that was pregnant 40 days ago. The person we bought the cow from said she would give birth in a month. The gestation period of cows is almost the same as the gestation period of humans. However, when birth is delayed in cows, the probability of a male calf being born is almost 99%. When there was a delay of approximately 7-10 days, we guessed that the calf was a male.

İneklerin süt verimi, gebe kalamama problemi nedeniyle, 4-5 yılda bir eski ineği satıp yeni bir inek satın alırız. Yeni alacağımız ineğin genç ve süt veriminin yüksek olmasını önemseriz. As we predicted, our calf was born male. It hasn't even been 24 hours yet. Cows start showing signs of labor one day before giving birth. The grass starts not eating food. The eyes begin to grow and a protrusion forms on their backs. Our cow had very mild symptoms. We were expecting her to give birth within 10-12 hours. However, to her surprise, she gave birth to her baby within an hour, with a very easy delivery.

Tahmin ettiğimiz üzere buzağımız erkek doğdu. Henüz 24 saatini bile doldurmuş değil. İnekler doğum yapmaya bir gün kala doğum belirtisi göstermeye başlar. Ot, yem yememeye başlar. Gözler büyümeye başlar, sırtlarında arkaya doğru bir çıkıntı oluşur. İneğimizde çok hafif belirti oluşmuştu. 10-12 saat içinde doğurmasını bekliyorduk. Ancak sürpriz yapıp bir saat içinde, gayet kolay bir doğum ile yavrusunu doğurdu.

We don't know the calf's father, but physically it has many similarities with the mother. The tail is white towards the tips, and the feathers towards the feet are also white. The general plumage of the body is dark brown, like the mother. For now, the calf remains very close to its mother. After a while, we will take him a little further away from his mother. Otherwise, we won't be able to benefit from the cow's milk at all :) I'm thinking of sharing an update post if our calf grows a little more.

Buzağının babasını bilmiyoruz ancak fiziksel olarak anne ile bir çok benzerliği var. Kuyruk uçlara doğru beyaz, yine ayaklara doğru olan tüyler beyaz. Vücudun genel tüyleri anne gibi koyu kahverengi. Buzağı şimdilik annesine oldukça yakın bir yerde duruyor. Bir süre sonra annesinden biraz daha uzaklaştıracağız. Aksi halde ineğin sütünden hiç yararlanamayız :) Buzağımız biraz daha büyürse bir güncelleme gönderisi paylaşmayı düşünüyorum.
