Wednesday Walk- A week full of exercise

avatar

Hello friends. I'm excited to be with you in a new Wednesday walk post. This week has been quite busy for me in terms of exercise. I did two difficult mountain walks. I took lots of photos. I shared my thoughts on this in a few previous posts.

Although I am a regular hiker, two mountain walks in a row caused mild pain in my joints. I didn't have much difficulty with the exercises I did in normal times. During mountain walks, you have to overcome steep slopes and difficult obstacles. It is said that the pains that occur in the body after exercise are healthy for the health of the body.

I haven't been through this area for a while. I am sorry that the poplar trees were cut down. It is said that pollen from poplar trees in spring causes allergies. For this reason, poplar tree owners are warned to cut down poplar trees. Recent research shows that pollen does not cause allergies.

Plants growing on walls and stones have always attracted my attention. Surviving in difficult conditions is not easy.

Trees have also been cut down in this area. It is necessary to cut down old and rotten trees. However, it is unnecessary to cut young trees yet. If people knew how beneficial trees are to nature, they would stop cutting down trees.

It hasn't rained for a while where I live. This caused people to worry. Towards the evening, it first hailed and then rained. This rainfall was very short-lived, but plenty of rain is expected in the coming days.

That's all I had to say this week. See you next week.

Merhaba
Hey there @tht nice to see that you're getting out and about in some great hiking areas by the looks of it.

So happy to hear that you are getting rain soon too! Don't forget to put all of your buckets and containers out to catch some if you can.

I catch my shower water and sink water to use to flush the toilet and I have been doing this ever since I lived off grid in the rainforest- where they do not rain all the time as everyone thinks.... and so everyone puts containers out to catch the rain when it does fall and we used it for everything.

So even though I'm in the middle of the city now, I still do my best to conserve and save as much as possible, not only does it help the environment, it's also helps keeps my bills very low. Plus, I just cannot justify flushing perfectly good water down the toilet. It just doesn't make sense to me...

I am sorry to hear that they are cutting done trees- even the Poplars.

I have never heard of them creating a pollen issue.

In my home town, we have 2 very long streets that have ancient Poplars lined up on each side of the road and one street is even called Poplar Avenue and it's beautiful to walk along- especially when the trees are in full green.

this is where I grew up..https://peakd.com/hive-127788/@chocolatescorpi/tree-tuesday-the-evolution-of-llife-in-the-back-paddock-then-and-now

See the HUGE difference that the trees have made.

Anyway, I hope that you're having a great day and I look forward to speaking with you again.

Gule Gule and
Iyi geceler 😃

Merhaba, hoş geldin.

Your thoughts and plans regarding water are great. You took reasonable precautions. In fact, we would be both beneficial to nature and save money. Pollen allergy has been adopted by many people.

I looked at photos of where you grew up, it's a really cool place. You are very lucky.

Uğradığınız için teşekkürler. Kendine iyi bak.

I like to work not in every job, but in the job I love. I am very disciplined and determined in the job I love. I will live my life accordingly. I don't like working in jobs that I don't like and that are unnecessary.

The name Leesa is a beautiful name like Lisa.

You love Turkey, you are curious. His TV series interest you. I hope you can come here one day and we can meet.
