Wednesday Walk - Mountain Trekking 21,113 steps

Hello friends. I am happy to share a new Wednesday Walk post with you. My walk this week was quite challenging, even though I did the walk on Sunday, its effect on my body still continues. This means that I am inadequate in terms of fitness. We decided the day before to do this walk. Our aim was to both hike and collect mushrooms and food grown on the mountain.

Bu haftaki yürüyüşüm oldukça zorlaycıydı, yürüyüşü pazar günü yapmama rağmen vücudumdaki etkisi hala sürüyor. Kondisyon konusunda yetersiz olduğum anlamı çıkar bu. Bu yürüyüşü yapmak için bir gün öncesinden kararlaştırdık. Amacımız hem yürüyüş yapmak hem de mantar ve dağda yetişen besinleri toplamaktı.

We left home at 5 o'clock in the morning. We went by car to a certain place. Even though it was a sunny day, I dressed warmly, the clothes covered my neck well. I minimized the effect of the sun by taking a hat with me. Due to the abundant rainfall this year, the grass on the mountain has grown quite tall.

Sabah saat 5'te evden çıktık. Belli bir yere kadar araba ile gittik. Güneşli bir gün olmasına rağmen kalın giyindim, giysi ensemi iyice kapatacak şekildeydi. Yanıma şapka da alınca güneşin etkisini minimize ettim. Bu yılki bol yağışlar nedeniyle dağdaki otların boyu oldukça uzamış.

While overcoming the bumpy roads, the sound of water flowing from nature and the song of partridges provide extra strength to the person. Since the female partridges are currently incubating, the male partridges are singing as loudly as possible to find a new partner, trying to reach the females.

A partridge egg that has been removed from the nest by humans or animals. The egg was somewhere in the middle of nowhere. We thought there might be a nest around and looked for it, but unfortunately we couldn't find it.

Most of the snow has melted. A little more time is needed for the snow accumulated in the stream as a result of the avalanche to melt on the north-facing slopes.

Spring water is quite abundant compared to previous years. The water is so cold that it causes a slight pain in the throat when drank too much. That's why we should drink cold spring water enough to quench our thirst.

A piece of rock carved out by itself or by humans. I've seen this boulder before. I am amazed every time I see it.

According to Google fit data, I completed the day with 21,113 steps. 10,000 steps per day is said to be ideal. I'm glad I doubled that. That's it for this week. See you next week.
