Wednesday Walk - Ramadan month walk

Hello friends. I feel good about sharing a new post in this community. I've been posting here every week for a long time, I hope I can keep it up every week.

The month of Ramadan started on Monday. It is an important month for people who believe in Islam. Ramadan is also an important month for health. Long-term fasting is a program recommended by science. Normally, two meals are eaten during Ramadan. For the city I live in, it is allowed to eat something during Ramadan between 18:30 and 04:50. Eating outside these hours is not in accordance with the rules. During Ramadan, I only eat dinner. So, I reduce my daily meal to 1 meal. Thus, the fasting period reaches at least 20 hours. When I eat something at night, I have stomach problems. I don't eat anything at night because it has reached a very disturbing level. When I don't eat a single meal during Ramadan, I lose weight and this is something I desire.

When I integrate the diet program during Ramadan with exercise, it has a positive effect on me. Weight loss, my physical appearance reaches the level I want. I took my walk on the first day of Ramadan. I also passed through mud and watery areas.

It's an old building. It is in danger of collapse because it is neglected and not repaired. It may not collapse for a while, but when it collapses, it will pose a danger to people.
